Natural gas supply and delivery for social housing sites in Colmar, France

The buyer, Habitats de Haute-Alsace, wants supply and delivery of natural gas for its metering points in the Haut-Rhin and Huningue areas. Gas is mainly used for heating apartment blocks and offices, hot water and cooking. This is a partial re-run of an earlier framework tender. Two lots are offered separately: lot 1 covers 2029-2032 and lot 3 covers 2030-2033. Each lot is awarded to one supplier under a call-off framework with a maximum quantity in MWh, for four years.
