The Département de la Haute-Savoie wants an outside graphic design firm to design and produce communication materials. This covers printed, digital and signage items for recurring needs and temporary workload peaks. The work spans all of the Département's communication, including institutional, events and press relations, and all its policy areas such as social action, roads, schools, culture, tourism and sport. Printing of the materials is not part of this tender.
