The City of Siedlce wants a postal provider for domestic and international mail. Services cover accepting, transporting and delivering letters, unaddressed printed matter, parcels and any returns. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. A detailed specification is attached to the tender documents as Annex 5.
