Complete construction of a new eco city park in Voderady, Slovakia

The buyer, Obec Voderady, wants the full build of a new city park called "Eko park Voderady". The park aims to cool the urban area, hold rainwater on site by replacing sealed surfaces with permeable ones, support biodiversity, and offer a fully accessible space for sport, relaxation and meeting across generations. Work follows the project documentation and bill of quantities. The contract is split into four lots: construction works and linear infrastructure; landscaping, irrigation and water features; sports elements, furniture and shelters; electrical installations and camera system.
