The buyer, EMAYA, the municipal water and sewerage company of Palma, wants to supply various chemicals for its water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants and chlorination stations. Lot 1 covers five categories: sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, formic acid, antifoam, caustic soda, sulphuric acid, dispersants and antiscalants, and fast- and slow-acting biocides. Lot 2 covers three categories of cationic polyelectrolyte flocculants. Bidders may tender for one or both lots.
